Jeanie and I purchased this condo the summer of 2009 so that we would have a home on the Kona side of the island to use ourselves and to share with family and friends. To help defray some of the costs we decided to turn it into a vacation rental as well. The daily rates start at $125.00, with higher rates during the Winter season. Please check with our property manager, below, for seasonal specials. The daily rate is less for extended stays.
Since we live two and a half hours away, on the other side of the island, we have employed the services of a property manager in Kona. He is better equipped to manage the sales, bookings, and housekeeping for our lovely condo. His name is Wayne B. Twitchell, and his company name is Kona Sunsets Vacation Rentals.
